Every festival has had a reigning royalty from the first pageant in 1976 until this year.
This year's pageant took place Sept. 13 at the Lincoln High School auditorium under the direction of Michelle Flickinger and Carman Higgins.
Megan McAffee was chosen as the 2014 Miss Apple Harvest queen. Other royalty included Micayla Hendricks, Teen Miss Harvest; Falyn Coreiro, Princess Apple Harvest; Macy Guist, Little Miss Apple Harvest; Isabelle Alexander, Toddler Miss Apple Harvest and Addison Bailey, Tiny Miss Apple Harvest.
"The pageant was great," said Kelley Bradley, festival chairman. "It was a real professional event."
Bradley said Flickinger and Higgins did an "amazing" job.
"We appreciate all participants and the use of the high school auditorium."
