James Foster, 33, of Lincoln, was cited Jan. 29 in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Donald Lynons, 61, of Bella Vista, was jailed Jan. 30 in connection with DWI, open container, driving left of center, no proof of insurance, no driver's license.
Jessica Fox, 40, of Cane Hill, was jailed in connection with theft of property.
Christopher Divita, 31, of Springdale, was jailed Feb. 1 on a warrant for failure to appear.
Coleman Hanegan, 36, of Prairie Grove, was cited Feb. 11 on a warrant for failure to pay.
Humberto Ortiz, 18, of Lincoln, was cited Feb. 3 on a warrant for failure to pay.
Kelly Lankford, 46, of Evansville, was jailed Feb. 1 in connection with reckless driving, disorderly conduct, littering, no proof of insurance.
