Back To School Bonanza
Farmington 11th Back To School Bonanza will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 28 at Farmington United Methodist Church, 355 Southwinds Drive. Open to students in kindergarten-12th grade. Bonanza includes free tennis shoes, backpacks, underwear, haircuts, vision and dental screenings and kindergarten physicals. Child must be present.
Elementary Open House
Williams and Folsom elementary schools will have Open House on Thursday, Aug. 11 during the following times: Kindergarten, 4 p.m.; first grade, 4:30 p.m.; second grade, 5 p.m.; and third grade, 5:30 p.m.
High School Calendar
To start the new year, Farmington High has the following schedule: Registration for grades 9-12 for returning students only will be 3:30-7:30 p.m. July 27, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 28, and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. July 29; orientation for Freshman Academy will be 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, and open house will be 5-6 p.m. Aug. 9.
For 10th-12th-graders, Open House will be 3-5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10. New student registration will be 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 4 and 5; 12:30-3:30 p.m. Aug. 8; 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 10. Please contact the high school office to schedule an appointment 266-1860.

Back To School Bonanza
Lincoln's 7th annual Back to School Bonanza will be held 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9 at Lincoln Elementary School. The bonanza is open to children in kindergarten-7th grade and provides shoes, socks and backpacks to help children prepare for school this year. Other free services include haircuts, dental screenings, photo identification cards provided by the Sheriff's Office. The bonanza is sponsored by Central United Methodist Church in Lincoln with the assistance of other community organizations and businesses.
