1962 Class Reunion

Lincoln High Class of 1962 will celebrate its 55th class reunion with a meet and greet, 2-4 p.m., Saturday, June 24 at Lincoln Senior Center. All friends and classmates are invited to come and visit with each other and look at photos and slides from the past.

Chicken Rod Nationals

The 6th annual Chicken Rod Nationals car show will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, June 24 on Lincoln Square. The show is sponsored by Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and will include food, live music and lots of classic, antique and other vehicles. Entry fee is $20 and judging starts at 11 a.m.

PRAIRIE GROVE

Library Pool Party

Prairie Grove Public Library will have a Kickoff to Summer Reading Pool Party, 7:15 to 9:15 p.m., Monday, June 19 at Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. No cost to attend. Concessions will be available for purchase. There will be prizes and lots of fun for the whole family.

Pioneer Life Day Camp

Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park will have a Pioneer Life Day Camp, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, June 22, for kids 8-12 years of age. Children will participate in activities designed to introduce them to the skills and history of pioneers on the Ozark frontier. Fee is $10. Call 479-846-2990 for more information or to sign up.

Celebrate Prairie Grove

Celebrate Prairie Grove will be held 7-10 p.m., Saturday, July 1. The Prairie Grove Aquatic Park will be open free of charge for swimming. Free hot dog supper and drinks. Fireworks display will go off at dark.
