Happy Hot Summer everyone!! With the temperatures being like they are, please be careful out there. In fact, you probably should come to the Lincoln Public Library to cool off as you browse through our latest DVDs and books.

Don't forget our summer reading program with Sherry Rodgers has started. It is held 10 a.m. Wednesdays right with special speakers, crafts, songs and more and continues through July 27. Something different every week and this is free and open to the public for ages 3 and up. But please come with your children and grandchildren as you will have as much fun as they will.

We now have two black shelves that you will need to see, they hold all our latest books, DVDs and audio-books, as well as a list of all our latest items that we can place holds on for you.

Don't forget we have fishing poles to check out for two weeks. These poles have been inspected by the Arkansas Game and Fish and are ready to go if you are in the mood to fish.

This month we have added several new books to the Young Adult section. You might want to take a look at that.

Stay cool while you are out of school and come by and see us!
