Red Cross Blood Drive

The American Red Cross will have a blood drive, 12-6 p.m., July 31 at Williams Elementary, 322 Broyles St. An emergency blood shortage is prompting the Red Cross to issue an urgent call for eligible donors of all blood types, especially type O.

PRAIRIE GROVE

2nd Saturday Trades Day

Big Toys and Trucks is the theme for the next 2nd Saturday Trades Day in Prairie Grove. It will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 14 in the downtown area. Activities include ponies, facepainting, snowcones, live music, water slide, bounce house, trucks and more.

Pet Portraits

Friends of Prairie Grove Pound will sponsor Pet Portraits from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, July 14 at the Prairie Grove Town Center, 151 E. Buchanan St., in downtown Prairie Grove. Participants will receive a full resolution digital download of the images of their pet to print and share with others. Donations will be accepted.
