Farmington, PGTelco Offer Low-Cost Internet

Farmington Schools have partnered with PGTelco to provide a low-cost internet service option, according to a news release from the school district.

Households with students who qualify for the National School Lunch Program can qualify for this discounted program. PGTelco will provide up to 25 Mbps for $19.90 per month.

Other eligibility requirements apply, according to Sandy Anderson with PGTelco. She said the option will not be available for someone who already has internet service through PGTelco or a customer who's had service within the last 90 days.

"We're trying to get those who really need the service," Anderson said.

According to the company, the e-student program does not have an installation fee, has 24/7 support, no data caps, 24-hour repair, service guarantee and a reliable connection.
