To the Editor:
Every time the water bills come out in Lincoln, I hear lots of complaining. I'm one of them. I'm not sure if all of the meters are being read each month but I think that they should be. I think what myself and others want is consistency.
One month the bills are for 36 days and the next 28. I don't understand the reasoning for this but some people in town are on strict budgets, I'm sure, and would like to know that their bill would be abut the same each month instead of the fluctuation that we experience.
