Harding University
The following area students received diplomas at Harding University's commencement exercises on May 7 : Deena Brown of Prairie Grove received a Master of Arts in Teaching degree in early childhood education and Hannah Coffey of Prairie Grove received a doctoral degree in physical therapy.
College of the Ozarks
Tara Parra of Sulphur Springs and a graduate of Lincoln High School graduated from College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Missouri, during the 2016 commencement exercises on May 8, 2016. Parra received a BA in History Education.
Ouachita Baptist University
Kaela Butler of Lincoln was named to the President's List for spring 2016 semester at OBU. To be named to the President's List, students have to compile a 4.0 grade point average and be classified as a full-time student.
Logan Bond of Prairie Grove and David Headrick of Farmington were named to the Dean's List at OBU for 2016 spring semester. To be named to Dean's List, students have to compile at least a 3.5 GPA and be classified as a full-time student.
