Harding University

Morgan Lewis of Farmington, a sophomore on the Harding University football team, was named to the Fall Academic All-Great American Conference. Lewis is a general studies major with a 3.42 GPA.

William Woods University

Tiffany Rhame, a senior from Farmington, was named to the Dean's List for academic accomplishments during the 2016 fall semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must be full-time and have achieved a minimum 3.6 semester and cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Southern Arkansas University

Caleigh Sue Moyer, a senior agriculture business manager from Lincoln, was recently honored as a student selection for the 2016-17 Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges. Some of Moyer's involvement on campus include the Collegiate Farm Bureau, Collegiate FFA, President's Ambassadors, Ag Club, and Delta Tau Alpha. In addition to volunteer work with Arkansas Women in Agriculture, the District FFA CDE, the special needs rodeo, and the Angel Tree, Moyer has earned several awards, including the President's Ambassador of the Year, the Poultry Federation Scholarship the Collegiate Farm Bureau Scholarship.

University of Central Arkansas

University of Central Arkansas announced the following Farmington students were named to the Presidential Scholars list for fall 2016: John Blew, Lauren Goff, Mackenzie Goff, Tess Holman, Audrey Pike and Madison Spence, all from Farmington. The following area students were named to the Dean's List: Thomas Barnum of Lincoln; Brian Eubanks and John Vinzant, both of Prairie Grove; Jessica Partain of Farmington; Madison Rich of Summers.
