LINCOLN -- The Lady Wolves couldn't follow up the previous week's success when they beat tournament host, Green Forest, 61-39, in the consolation game of the Queens of the Court tournament.

Lincoln (2-3) was beaten soundly at home Tuesday, Nov. 14 by Berryville, 65-35. The Lady Bobcats (4-0) figured to be a tough matchup. Both teams had competed in the Queens of the Court tournament, which Berryville won. The Lady Bobcats held both Greenland (51-19) and West Fork (51-14) to less than 20 points in the tourney.

Berryville jumped out to a 20-7 first quarter lead. Lincoln made a little headway in the second period. Kinley Webb used a pump-fake to draw a foul on a drive. She made both free throws and hit a 3-pointer from the left corner cutting the visitor's lead to 21-12 with 6:32 left in the second period. Berryville upped the lead back up to 14 on Lexy Anderson's trey. Kinley Webb answered with another trifecta for Lincoln, but the Lady Wolves would only manage two points on free throws for the final four minutes of the quarter.

Lincoln trailed 32-17 at halftime, and fell behind, 46-26 after the third quarter. Berryville continued to pull away in the fourth. Kelcee Hopper led Berryville with 14 points.
